Salon, Refund, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. It is Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. This includes removing the hair from the bundle and trying it on. 

At Blessed Beauty Lounge we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our warehouse. Everything goes through strict quality control to ensure you receive the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

An exchange may be issued on a case by case basis. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (washed, worn, brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or processed) in any way. Note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, removing the hair from the weft or otherwise processing the hair voids all exchanges and replacement guarantees. We honor this for up to 14 days after purchase(14 days = date package left our facility to date return is received). Orders returned after 14 days will be sent back to the customer.

We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. If there is a defect in the product please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product.

We do not refund shipping charges.

 

Our business hours are Monday- Friday from 8:00 AM-to 7:00 PM EST. Please note that all shipping prices are for shipping within the United States of America. Shipping to all other countries will incur an additional shipping charge.

Tracking Numbers will be sent by the end of business day once items are shipped.

Shipping time- once order is shipped from our facility. 

Priority Mail:5-8 Business Days

Allow 3-5 business days of processed time.  Prossessing time does not include shipping time.

*DUE TO COVID-19, THERE MAY BE A DELAY IN SHIPMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE THE PACKAGE IS SHIPPED!

 

 

SALON POLICY

Services are not refunded! No refunds are given for gift card orders, and gift card orders are not exchangeable. If by chance your not satisfied with our services, depending on the service, an arrangement can be made to accommodate your need and satisfaction. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.

If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product within 60 days of the shipping date, Blessed Beauty Lounge Hair Salon will consider the property abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses. Refunds for such will NOT be granted.

We do not share your personal or mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.
